Changes and Cancellations

All registration changes and cancellations must be sent:
  • by fax to (916) 419-6318 or
  • by U.S. mail to: PO Box 340850, Sacramento, CA 95834

No changes or cancellations will be accepted by phone.

There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations. Cancellations and changes must be received by July 1, 2008 to qualify for a refund.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be invoiced and are required to pay any applicable registration fees. This policy applies to all registrants, including those forms accompanied by a purchase order.

Refunds will not be processed on-site. No exceptions. Please allow four weeks after the conference for check processing.
